Inner Wellness Natural Medicine

Key Clinical Interests
As a naturopath, I believe in treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—rather than focusing solely on symptoms. I do not limit my practice to any one area, but there are certain fields where my skills and passions align strongly. These are the areas where I feel I can offer the most value and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Neurological and Mental health
In today’s world, conditions like anxiety, depression, and neurodiversity are becoming increasingly recognised. However, the symptoms associated with these conditions are often addressed with temporary solutions that don’t tackle the underlying causes. For example, anxiety may be linked to imbalances such as low GABA levels, which could be influenced by factors like poor gut health, pyrrole disorder, or other physiological factors. Similarly, ADHD and autism represent different brain types, each with its own set of unique challenges and potential triggers that can exacerbate symptoms. Identifying and managing these triggers can offer meaningful relief.
Through a combination of naturopathic treatments and energy healing modalities like Reiki, I work to uncover and address the root causes of anxiety and depression, while also exploring factors that contribute to neuroinflammation, which can intensify the challenges associated with ADHD and autism. My approach supports healing on an emotional, physical, and energetic level, fostering long-term restoration of well-being.
Women's Health
Supporting women through all stages of life is something I care deeply about. From adolescence and fertility to perimenopause and post-menopause, each phase brings its own challenges and strengths. I work with women to ease hormonal imbalances, support reproductive health, and navigate transitions with greater ease and understanding.
I draw on a combination of natural medicine, lifestyle guidance, and energetic healing to restore vitality and support emotional wellbeing. My aim is to help women feel more connected to their bodies and empowered in their choices, no matter what stage of life they are in.
The "Sensitive" Patient
Living with an invisible illness, such as chronic fatigue, long COVID, Lyme disease, or autoimmune conditions, presents unique and often overwhelming challenges. Many of these conditions are under-recognised by mainstream medicine, leaving individuals feeling misunderstood or dismissed. On top of this, patients often experience heightened sensitivities, both physically and emotionally, which can make navigating new treatments and therapies feel daunting.
I understand how difficult it can be to trust a new practitioner or try something unfamiliar when you’re already dealing with the fear of worsening symptoms. That’s why my approach is rooted in gentleness, intuition, and compassion. I offer a safe, supportive space where patients can feel heard and respected, while we work together to identify and address the root causes of their health challenges.
By combining naturopathic treatments and energy medicine, I focus on restoring balance and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. This holistic approach empowers sensitive patients to regain control over their health, helping them feel more connected, grounded, and confident in their healing journey
Children and Young adults
With a background in education, I am especially passionate about supporting children and adolescents. I work with young people facing issues such as anxiety, ADHD, immune challenges, sleep disturbances, and gut health concerns. I take the time to listen and understand what they are experiencing, and I collaborate closely with families to provide practical and meaningful support.
My approach is flexible and responsive, combining naturopathic treatment, nutritional guidance, and energy-based therapies to help create balance. I want young people to feel seen, heard, and supported, and I aim to equip them—and their families—with the tools and understanding needed for long-term wellbeing.
