Key Clinical Interests
As a naturopath, I take a whole-person approach to health, looking beyond individual symptoms to understand the underlying factors that may be contributing to a person’s wellbeing. While I work across a broad range of health concerns, my clinical experience and areas of particular interest include the following.
Chronic & Complex Illness
I have a particular interest in complex and chronic health conditions, including chronic fatigue, persistent infections, Long COVID, immune dysregulation and autoimmune conditions.
These presentations can involve multiple interconnected systems, including the immune system, nervous system, gut, hormones and adrenal stress response. My approach is individualised and gentle, with a focus on identifying contributing factors and supporting the body's capacity for recovery and resilience.
Nervous System & Mental Health
I support adults and young people experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, sleep disturbances and nervous system dysregulation. I am particularly interested in the connection between the nervous system, gut, immune system and overall wellbeing.
I also work with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, recognising that each person has their own unique needs and challenges. My focus is on supporting the foundations of wellbeing — including nutrition, sleep, stress regulation, gut health and nervous system balance — rather than trying to change who someone is.
Women's Hormonal Health
I support women through the different stages of hormonal life, from menstrual and reproductive health through to perimenopause and post-menopause.
My approach considers the interconnected nature of hormones, stress, nutrition, gut health and the nervous system, with the aim of helping women better understand their bodies and navigate hormonal changes with greater ease.
Gut & Digestive Health
Gut health is an important part of my naturopathic practice, particularly where digestive function is connected with immune health, inflammation, hormones or the nervous system.
I work with concerns including bloating, digestive discomfort, altered bowel function and gut microbiome imbalances, taking a broader view of the factors that may be contributing to digestive symptoms.
Children & Young Adults
With my background as a teacher, I particularly enjoy working with children, adolescents and young adults. I support concerns including anxiety, sleep difficulties, digestive and immune health, and neurodiversity.
I take a gentle, age-appropriate approach and work closely with parents and families to provide practical support that can be incorporated into everyday life.
